Description of an Exhaust Air Valve
The body of an exhaust air valve is manufactured from SPCC steel with thickness of 0.6mm or 0.8mm. The mounting ring of an exhaust air valve is manufactured from DX53D+Z80 with thickness of 0.6mm. The exhaust air valve body has a gasket made of cellular plastic. The body of an exhaust air valve is typically powder coated with standard color white RAL 9010 or RAL9016.
Application of an Exhaust Air Valve
Exhaust air valves are used in the indoor places such as offices, houses, etc. They can be installed on the ceilings or on the walls to enable air exhaustion from a closed up space. Exhaust air valve allows a smooth adjustment of the air flow rate by rotating the control disc in the center. The air flow rate depends on an opening ratio. The mounting ring of exhaust air valve is used to clamp the mounting frame on the ceiling plates.
